Doublestar Tire Awarded National Level Industrial Design Center

Recently, Doublestar’s industrial design center was selected by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China (MIIT) on the list of the fourth group of national industrial design center, becoming the first national industrial design center of tire industry in Qingdao City.

Industrial design is a major part of industrial chain innovation and the inevitable course for enterprises to advance supply-side structural reform and move the industry toward the middle and high end. To accelerate the development of industrial design innovation, Doublestar combines the global technical resources to build an open, interactive and high-end R&D and test industrial design platform, involving R&D, design and test. Doublestar’s industrial design center has many subordinate design platforms, including fundamental research on tire, FEA/NVH basic research, artificial intelligence and equipment, recycling of waste rubber and plastic resources, etc. and possesses the ability to design the whole series of all-steel tire, semi-steel tire, special tire, engineering tire, artificial intelligence and equipment, industrial robot and waste rubber and plastic cracking equipment and technology. With strong professional research and innovative design ability, it is in the lead of the domestic industry.
