Minimum Order Quantity

1.The minimum order quantity is 1X20’ container, we prefer to suggest you a 40’HQ container with better prices, which is also easier to arrange for the production schedule.

2.The sample tire is also available if requested, usually we can ship 1-2 pieces sample tires by Express, it will be appreciated if you could help us with the sample charge.

Payment Term

To protect the interests of the buyers and seller, it is accredited for L/C at sight and T/T-Telegraphic Transfer (30% deposit TT in advance, balance be paid at the sight of B/L copy within 7 days). 
OA (Open Account) is also accepted for Level A clients, please consult with your sales manager about how to be.

Delivery Time

Generally within 25 days after receiving the deposit. If the goods are off the shelf, it'll be deliveried within in 10 days after receiving the deposit, and the exact date will be noted in the Sales Contract.

Package

The tires are deliveried without packing in consideration of the global environmental protection, but if it is requested, we could offer the paid packing service. 

Transportation

Mostly we are requested to help customers for the transportation, the goods will be shipped to the customers’ destnation port or the nominated warehouse directly. Or the shipment can also be booked by yourself and we will help you to ship the container to the port of loading with your freight forwarder.

Insurance

It is to be borne by the Buyers or Seller. For first-cooperated clients, we will buy you the insurance for free.

Documentations

We provide B/L, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, CO, FF and others Certificates. The special documentations could be sepatately required.

Claim application

If the end users have the quality issue for HUAAN tire, please download the claim form in this web and provide us the required information. We will help you with the assistance of the manufacturing, quality and technology departments.
