China’s First Overseas Wet Process Rubber Compound Line was Put into Operation in Thailand

On August 6, China’s first overseas high-performance wet process Rubber Compound professional production line was put into operation in batch in Funuo International (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

This production line possesses the features of high automation degree, continuous production and easy and safe operation, and the rubber compound produced has the advantages of easiness to be processed and stable batch quality.

This project is technologically instructed by Professor Han Jingjie from Qingdao University of Science & Technology and under cooperation with Funuo International (Thailand) Co., Ltd., its products have special properties of wet grinding resistance, resistance to tearing up and resistance to puncture. After preparation, trial run and testing in Funuo International Thailand Factory as well as trial in famous domestic and overseas slab rubber enterprises of over a half year, it has exceeded expectations, the products have been fully booked-up upon production and the orders have been scheduled until 3 months later.

According to the information, such “wet process rubber compound” has attracted the focus and strong interest of the production enterprises of engineering tires, mine tires and aircraft tires.
