Qingdao Blackcat Cooperated to Construct Academician Workstation

On June 19, Qingdao Blackcat Company officially signed a contract with Jian Xigao, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, to establish the first academician workstation in carbon black industry.

The two parties agreed that in the next few years, depend on the academician workstation, Qingdao Blackcat will rely on R&D strength to “bring in and go global”, strive to build a world-class R&D team in the next three years, and build national-level green intelligent manufacturing demonstration base, national-level key laboratory, engineering technology center, etc. Relying on this platform, Blackcat Company will form an industrial innovation technology alliance with a number of research institutes at home and abroad, and significantly improve product quality through the research and development of high-performance carbon materials. Through the establishment of high-performance carbon material engineering technology research center, it can strengthen the innovation capacity building of regional scientific research center, accelerate the integrated innovation and pilot maturation of high-performance carbon material industry technological achievements, and improve the transformation ability of industrial scientific and technological achievements.
